SAVE AND RENDER
SAVE TRACK / PROJECT / DELAY RENDER
SAVE MENU
SAVE TRACK and SAVE PROJECT are the save group. Save Track stores one selected audio track in My Studio. Save Project stores the whole mixer setup, including track positions, mix settings, mute/solo states, effects, and project state. RENDER TRACK is different: after Delay Fix has added a timing value to a track, Render Track bakes that offset into the audio and creates a normal track with no Delay Fix value left on it.
1. SAVE TRACK / SAVE PROJECT
Use this group when you want to keep work. SAVE TRACK keeps one audio track. SAVE PROJECT keeps the whole mixer session. Use the SAVE NEW choices when you want a new version instead of overwriting the existing track or project.
STEP 1 - Decide what you are saving
For SAVE TRACK, click the one track row you want to store. For SAVE PROJECT, check the full Track Panel because the whole mixer state will be stored.
STEP 2 - Click SAVE > TRACK or SAVE > PROJECT
Click SAVE, then choose TRACK or PROJECT. Use SAVE NEW TRACK or SAVE NEW PROJECT when you need a separate version.
STEP 3 - Fill information or confirm project state
For a track, enter track name, instrument, description, and privacy. For a project, confirm track order, timing, volume, pan, mute/solo, and effects before saving.
STEP 4 - Confirm the saved result
Saved tracks appear in My Studio > Tracks. Saved projects can be reopened with the same tracks and mixer state. Playlist mode disables Save Track; open normal Project Mixer mode when you need saving.
2. SAVE PROJECT CHECKLIST
This is still part of the Save group. Use it as a final check before saving the whole project.
STEP 1 - Check the full mix first
Before saving, check timing, volume, pan, mute/solo, effects, track order, and whether unused tracks should be removed.
STEP 2 - Click SAVE > PROJECT
Click SAVE, then choose PROJECT. Choose Save New Project for a new version.
STEP 3 - Confirm the saved result
After saving, reopen or continue playback to confirm the same tracks and timing load correctly.
3. RENDER TRACK AFTER DELAY FIX
RENDER TRACK is mainly needed after DELAY FIX. Delay Fix keeps a timing value on the track so playback can move it earlier or later. Render Track creates a new normal audio track with that timing already applied, so the new track no longer needs the Delay Fix value.
STEP 1 - Finish Delay Fix first
Select the track that was adjusted with Delay Fix. Play and confirm the timing is correct before rendering.
STEP 2 - Click RENDER TRACK
Click RENDER TRACK. Jamgather outputs a new normal track using the corrected timing position.
STEP 3 - Check there is no Delay Fix value needed
Play the rendered track. The timing correction should now be inside the audio itself, so the new track can be saved and used like a normal track without keeping a Delay Fix number.
